Pest Programs
Our general household pest programs treat common pests like ants, spiders, cockroaches, crickets, wasps, centipedes, millipedes, and more using insecticides designed to treat a wide variety of insect species. We also provide specialized treatments for rodents, bed bugs, yellowjackets, mosquitoes, and fleas and ticks.
How soon can you come out?
If you call in or fill out a contact form, we will schedule a date for an inspector to build a quote at no cost to you. Since we are a small, local company, the exact timeframe can vary depending on availability. With that in mind, we still attempt to respond as quickly as possible and expect the average time to get started to be anywhere from the same day to five business days.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
Nope! When you get treatment from us, we don’t want you worrying about next July’s payment unless you want to, of course. Instead, our agreements are just for the initial service you called us about and any follow-up treatments, if our team deems that necessary. Afterwards, our plans roll onto a month-to-month basis, depending entirely on what you select. This flexibility allows us to comply with regulations in place for the actual product treatment while ensuring that we don’t charge you hundreds of dollars in fees to cancel.
Do you offer one-time services?
Yes! We will absolutely perform a one-time service to treat your pest. However, depending on the pest that we’re dealing with, our team may recommend putting an additional treatment plan in place to help ensure that there aren’t repeat offenders. This also aids in ongoing and continuous control.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
Our team undergoes extensive training to ensure that our products are applied properly, so that the health of your home and everyone inside it is protected at all costs. We make sure to go over safety precautions and re-entry intervals so that our applications pose minimal risk to everyone, except those bugs, of course!
What should I expect after the first treatment?
Depending on existing pests and pest pressure, you may see a noticeable increase in activity for 14–21 days before pests begin to taper off. When we return for our follow-up treatment, we expect this pressure to drop more noticeably. After that, your home will slowly reach equilibrium across multiple treatments.
What if I still see pests after you’ve come out for treatment?
If you’re still seeing pests in your home after treatment, please give us a call first and foremost! In the rare event that the treatment wasn’t successful the first go around, we offer and provide complimentary, no-cost follow-up appointments to target specific areas and issues that may require additional treatment.
How often do I need to be treated?
It depends on the level of control you are looking for and the pests we are treating. For those seeking a high level of control, we recommend a higher-frequency treatment plan. However, for those who are comfortable with seeing an occasional pest, we may recommend services as seldom as every three months. Additionally, pests that reproduce quickly or pose health risks, such as mosquitoes or German cockroaches, may require more frequent visits.
Why do some pests require specialty treatments?
Depending on the pest, the label for the products we use may specify different treatments to optimally achieve control. These treatments may require specialized equipment, applications to areas not generally covered by our general household pest program, or the use of additional products in tandem to achieve proper control.
